International Management and Recruitment
Consultants Ltd (IMRC) is a private limited Company currently spearheaded
by Matin Khan and ably supported by Nadira Khan, Mazhar Hashmi and Milton
Lee was established in 1987. It has since been in the forefront of Vocational
& Enterprise training, business development, counselling and business
planning and marketing consultancy for both start ups and existing businesses.
On the recruitment front also IMRC is a licensed Agency and has been actively
operational at national and international levels.
IMRC is one of the very few training, consultancy
and recruitment companies in this country with full Quality Accreditation
ie EN ISO 9001. Among the Ethnic providers it is perhaps the only company
in the UK privileged to have sought after Quality distinction.

In line with the ISO 9001 accreditation
IMRC very strictly adhere to the following:
The training , Counselling, and consultancy
provided are of such quality that they satisfy the client’s requirements
ie the perceived needs of the funding organisation.

The perceived needs of the ultimate clients
are also satisfied ensuring that they develop their knowledge, skills,
and abilities in the target areas.

The client takes priority over any other consideration.
Therefore if flexibility is required in terms of delivery timings ie evenings
or week-ends, and easy access to venues, the requirements are positively
met wherever possible.

The trainers, counsellors, and consultants
retained are suitably qualified, competent and have had relevant experience

for undertaking the planned activity.

During the provision of training, counselling
and consultancy services sufficient records are generated, collected and
retained to demonstrate that the organisation and management of the activities

Briefly Matin Khan Mazhar Hashmi and
Milton Lee are the three key directors of IMRC
-
Matin Khan holds the fellowship of Chartered
Institute of Management Accountants and Institute of Chartered Secretaries
and Administrators. He is a TECASSURE consultant for Business Planning
and IiP. He has currently completed
Units D32, D33 and D34 which are TDLB Assessor and Internal
Verifier qualifications. Mazhar Hashmi has three business degrees to his
credit. The highest being doctorate in Marketing.

Matin Khan and Mazhar Hashmi , both come from
strong private sector background and have also served as International
Consultants. Matin Khan for example has worked with Crown Agents, International
Finance Corporation and managed International economic development projects
in Cameroon and Sudan. He was the General Manager (Finance &
Accounting) for Ghee Corporation of Pakistan with an annual Turnover of
over £150 Million before full time into Training and Development
Consultancy.

Mazhar Hashmi , on the other hand , held the
position of Group General Manager of International Group of Companies operating
in Zambia. He moved into Project Management in 1983 and directed a major
4-year International Training and Development Project for the State of
Low in the USA.

Milton lee has been the leader of Tottenham
Task Force and has held senior administrative positions in DTI and
DOE

Valley Enterprise, West London Task Force, Harlesden City Challenge, Tottenham

under the Enterprise Consultancy Initiative and recently for WLTEC under
